I am once again begging the ttrpg community to stop misusing the idea of “yes, and.” Every time you do, Viola Spolin and Del Close roll over in their graves. “Yes, and” does not mean that you never say no to anything. It means you accept the gift you’ve been given and build on it

So glad that the person who taught me TTRPGs was a double theater major, and taught "yes and" as "don't step on ideas just because you didn't come up with them"
