I'll pay about $1k/year less tax from the new NZ budget. That's a small amount of my tax bill and SUCH a wrong direction for NZ.
Pay the teachers, fund universities, make sure there are doctors and nurses in hospitals when I need them, look after the people who can't work!

Because everything is priced so every member of your household needs to work, families can't spare people to look after ill and aging relatives, deal with mental health crises, and all the other reasons we can't all be perfect workforce labourbots. Some form of collective support is essential.
