so people with allergies specifically lactose intolerance and eczema do you take lactose pills to prevent the allergy or does that not do anything and you gotta take actual allergy meds cause uh my eczema flairs up every time i consume something with lactose in it and im tired of suffering

giving up coffee isnt an option i would rather just kill myself at that point (i have caffeine addiction and i get withdrawal symptoms when i try to even slowly stop)

lactose intolerance is an intolerance (digestive system can't digest it right) rather than an allergy (immune system freaks out) so you take pills with the enzyme your body needs to digest the lactose correctly. you take it around the same time you eat the lactose, not when you get symptoms later
