I enjoyed these! I got into Dark Sun thanks to some '90s computer games and I'm surprised thinking back at how much NOT this stuff was in it. Whole sections with Mind Flayers, Umber Hulks, a Tarrasque. Sure, psionic bugs too, but I guess they didn't have confidence to stick with just Athasian stuff.
