I'm not doubting the allegations against Neil Gaiman at all, but some of you are leaning a bit too far into the "I'm an ally of TERFs" and "trans rights are less important" and should really reconsider some of this. "We're women too"—did you forget that the transphobes deny this basic fact?

Neil Gaiman is not an "ally" because "allies" are liberal identity politic mythologizing designed to distract from the source of the contradiction. It does so by positing individual responsibility as the total crux. What happened to systemic issues?
