I mean, if Bush had these wouldn't they have tried to call CAIR or the ACLU terrorist organizations? It's like absolutely illegal, and you can get shut down and arrested by the FBI for being a terrorist organization. You'll still have due process The president doesn't need extra-judicial powers.
