And then there is always this undercurrent of..."this is easy and if you can't do it you really are broken and the problem is just you, existentially," which is super great for the RSD, self-esteem, and the motivation and whatnot.

It's truly maddening because we actually do know enough about the human nervous system across developmental stages, both typical and atypical, and yet they insist on this bunk evidence base of forced assimilation.
