I don't know! But it takes 2 minutes to call, and it sure won't hurt. I do know that when folks raised hell in NYC about library cuts, the city council fought back and got the mayor to make a deal. Doesn't always or even usually work! But sometimes it does! Worth the 2 minutes, if you ask me.
