I don't know what the future holds, but I'll get up tomorrow and live my life in alignment with my values. I cannot boil the ocean. What I can do is be as kind as possible to those around me, give as much as is healthy, and refuse to let ignorance and fear define my actions.

Maybe I am too naive and too privileged, but I can't believe that the ends justify all means. I still believe change is possible and possible without forsaking the things that making fighting for change worthwhile.
