That post is for sure a reach, but this beef kinda always seemed to be heading in this direction given Kendrick’s affinity for the Black Hebrew Israelites and the kind of shots he was taking at Drake. (I think Drake is a creep btw and I don’t want this to be read as a defense of him, either.)

Not for nothing, but the general critique of Drake is that he uses his “Blackness” when it suits him, so when Kendrick says “I’m with the culture” it firmly grounds his argument in Drake being someone who doesn’t get it. Also evidenced by Drake thinking Dot’s wife being light-skinned is an argument
