i've been fascinated with him since he was working with Mick Mulvaney during the Ukraine saga, where OMB illegally blocked military aid to boost Trump's schemes. then he started popping up pushing the Worst Ideas that the worst people in the House GOP lapped up during the debt ceiling fight
