Hugs and ughhh. When I fell into magic at the age of 40 and had to unpack why pentagrams made me so uneasy. It was a lightbulb moment when I realized it was all the satanic panic stuff. It was almost invisible as a kid, but super pervasive.

Yep, for a while that was the first thing that came to mind whenever I saw one, despite being old enough to know better even back in the day.
