Been a fucking war zone here for some 10 days. Fire danger is EXTREME, there's already one "wildfire" burning nearby, merely 9% contained, yet the sales of fireworks are not banned (bad for business) and the local yokels have been "celebrating" like crazy. Animals are freaking out. I HATE THAT.
