It’s really hard for anyone outside of the EEA/EU area to come and work here. You have two options: either there is a desperate demand for someone with your skillset (could be anywhere between a brain surgeon and a construction worker if there is an economic boom) or you secure employment before 1/2

you arrive, and are dependant on your employer to sponsor you through that process AND the employer must prove that no one within the whole EEA/EU could have done that job - because they (us) come first. 2/2
