I've been outright told (prior to my finding out I'm autistic) that I was basically doing "neurodivergence-(black)face" (yes... they said that. ofc they were white.) by saying I was ND because I have ADHD. Same thing towards my spouse who has severe chronic anxiety and OCD. The erasure is so real.
