Agreed. Twitter did good on that 🤩. More than any of our other animals, Polly’s visibility on the internet meant so much to me. She had such a horrible previous life. To share her good couple years with so many people brought me real joy. You were especially kind and supportive.

Everyone who met her, or even just saw her in photos, couldn't help but love her. Such kind, deep, gentle eyes! As short as her life with you may have been, I'm sure it richly compensated for all that had happened to that poor, sweet animal before. In the end, she was very lucky. And so were you. 💜💙
