I think if they have 50+1 in the senate it doesn’t matter. Obama was cynical and spineless and didn’t believe in anything so he genuinely did not care about his pick being stalled. If these coming decisions are this bad she needs to retire so they can put some zoomer on the court.

its pretty fucked up that because obama refused to grow a damn spine in 2015, biden now will get 0 more supreme court picks even if he were to literally win the election and the same day it was announced a freak plain crash killed the entire supreme court, theyd just go without one for 5 full years
