I'm in Australia absolutely aghast at this freakout over one debate. One. Against dozens of recent public appearances and meetings where Biden was competent and compelling. People say MAGA is a suicide cult. I'm wondering if the Democrats are too. They are literally wishing defeat into existence!

Biden's performance at the debate was... arresting. How can I analogise this? I caught my partner in flangrante delicto. Once. I've never caught them straying again. On dozens of occasions they were perfectly chaste. Should I worry or am I just being silly?
