Unfortunately, the time to have done something about this was years ago. Like, during the first two years of Obama's presidency, when they actually had the legislative power to expand the court and impeach Thomas.

Truth is, what needed to be done was decades ago, when Congress refused to increase their size after the 1920 census. The issues we have today truly rest on that foundation.
