Trump is going to claim that all acts during his presidency were official, and it's going to fly. Then, what stops all of Congress/SCOTUS from being granted the same immunity for "official acts?" They're separate, equal gov't branches. This is the worst and most terrifying decision yet, remarkably.

If this is a tinfoil-hat take, I'm sorry. I'm astounded that they granted him any immunity, and given that, I don't see why a court would find, beyond reasonable doubt, that he wasn't acting within an official capacity. I hope this suggestion is merely a slippery slope. I don't trust that though.
