I got my first library card at this very library in 1977* and I spent more time than you would believe in there as a kid and no one ever gave me shit for checking out books from the adult section. Really sucks *previous building. The new building opened in 78 iirc

Ay I used to live there! It's not common to run into someone else from that area for me. I was a big reader at the time, and this is really sad to see.
