Well, I don't think you ever reach a point where you automatically get that right. If your SO may touch as they please, This should be consented beforehand and made very clear. I'm an atheist, and I would not make all religions illegal. That would be against my humanist beliefs.

If I were in charge of the world I wouldn't even do things to like stop religions at all. I would force a strict separation of church and state, but whether I like them or not, people have the right to believe as they want to. I should note that I'm an atheist Wiccan (Yes that's unusual) lol
