Sounds about right. Mine wanted to charge me for internet because nbn pre installer decided to install box at the same time “to be efficient” but no powerpoints installed yet so literally cant use the service!

As this posted they literally called me to ask whether id got everything set up yet without reading notes about my 2 previous calls about install being done early without consent and without power to plug it in
