Yeah what we think of as a warrior physique is mostly just a gym thing. Actual effectiveness is hard to determine at first glance.

Heh, when I moved to South Carolina with my first wife, her brother was a big gym dude, hella ripped But when we were working in the garden, he couldn’t hoe a row. My scrawny ass put him to shame. That sort of thing is why I’d take a carpenter on my side in a fight over some big gym dude.
