the addition of long covid to ptsd and autism has made a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad mess in my brain. everything old takes longer to retrieve; everything new falls out immediately; attention wanders. no one notices at work because masking is my superpower. but i'm so stressed and tired. 🙁
