FWIW I think they hold Trump is not immune, over a blistering dissent from Alito. But the point is made by postponing the trial until after the election. Netchoice could be a darkhorse for the batshit crazy opinion.

I fear Netchoice - a real chance to do harms to doctrines well outside the nutty Fla & Texas laws. Preemption, Tornillo, and state action among those.

I mostly agree, but I think they are going to invent a complicated test that has to be completed before a trial begins, further delaying the proceedings.
