New exhibit "The Dynamic Eye: Beyond Op and Kinetic Art" brings part of UK's Tate museum collection to Turkey for the first time. The often mesmerizing and mind-bending artworks are at ArtIstanbul Feshane, a restored former fez factory on Istanbul’s Golden Horn, until 19 May. Open Tue-Sun 10-7:30.
