As an aside, lots of people will say that the UK doesn't have a written constitution. This is untrue. It is written down, just in lots of different places... such as a letter written to the Times newspaper under an anonymous pseudonym by the King's Private Secretary. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lascell...
