I'm not even a New Yorker & I would have totally guessed that. Once I heard about the juror with the multiple notebooks of trial testimony, I was pretty sure Trump's goose was cooked.

I’m a terrible note taker. On a jury trial? I’m going to take the best notes I can to mark salient points for deliberations. I hope that the jury has security/anonymity protections, because there’s going to be a bunch of frothing fanatics seeking to harass them.
