Has anyone written anything smart about what transphobia does to a person’s ability to reason? Its kind of interesting if one could look past the horror of the things like the fact that this person has the ear of the future prime minister etc etc

I can also see that when getting criticism early in her career she learned to “ignore the haters” and as her popularity increased it morphed into “ignore everyone who disagrees with me” to the point that she doesn’t have any external feedback loop to challenge her thinking

My inkling is that these people are exacting some kind of damage on their own psyches by insisting on the existence of a rigid sex binary in humans despite the obvious reality that people are more complicated than that. Like, if you constantly silence the little voice in your head that reminds you,
