Shortsightedness at its best. If the dictator wins, the Constitution will fall. That will topple all the amendments. History has shown dictators, and he adores the power Un holds, so, even Supreme Rulers, refuse citizenry the right to bear arms. Prying guns from cold dead hands will be a bloodbath.
