I’m still pissed off about this!! our six week old chicks were “swarming” her so apparently she got freaked out and tried to feed them “as fast as possible” which meant underfeeding them so badly that four of them DIED!! and she didn’t even NOTICE!! the ones who survived are still super skinny!!

don’t volunteer to farm sit if you’re so afraid of softball-sized juvenile chickens that you can’t even feed them! jesus christ!!
