That's already happened in enough places that I don't see this changing a lot. Scary on Flynn as a possibility, reason enough to hold the Senate and double efforts there. I'm slightly more worried about the ones who ignore legal orders than those who would obey illegal orders, but a concern for sure

I think about the person who assumed battalion command and then defied COVID vaccine orders at the time for instance. But who the hell knows in the future what happens, on an individual basis. On a full military basis? I'm not worried. Even with Flynn. Maybe I am an optimist after all.
