one thing i’d like to add, is some people still have issues with high DHT even with T fully suppressed. The body can convert even tiny amounts of T and other hormones into significant amounts of DHT. Also, DHT levels are difficult to quantify accurately

Are your estrogen levels high, though? I know that I take double what I'm supposed to because the dosage they gave me puts me at below cis women's average even at my peak.
