Writing my annual self review and can I use "broke a window today while trying to kill a fly but it's okay I'm going to fix it" as an example of resiliency and willingness to take responsibility for mistakes. It's not strictly work related but it did happen while I was working from home.

If they wanted a narrow answer they could have asked narrow questions: they’re going to hear about what they need to hear about, this way
