Not all has been bad, and I had lots of happy moments throughout the year, too. It's been just overwhelming and taking a toll on me. Right after my dog passed away, I was in good hands and it helped me with grief ❤️

I had good care, help, and people to rely on but it was still overwhelming. I don't wanna sound ungrateful by any means.
