Stardew economy mod actually does this to a point. It shows which crops are over saturating the market and selling prices very also. No pierre yelling at you though. I tried it out this week and it was interesting but probably suited better for mid to late game

also i think after you hit a certain amount of wealth some of the characters should start hating you, or asking for money. if you go the joja route i think you should be able to hire employees. and the juminos should unionize and you should give them a 401k
