I am confused about this too. Don’t kill sentient beings-sentience being ‘capable of sensing or feeling’. There is mounting evidence that plants do this. Certainly ample that bacteria and fungi do. Vegans need to realise that their life is also fuelled by death, as their death will fuel other life.
