Sure. They even self-identify as superheroes. So they're up to help in a crisis. But because it's what they want to do. If they start to seem like hard-bitten paramilitary, something went wrong somewhere.

Oh definitely. It’s why I feel like the FYL Legion started going off the rails in year two and three. Year one still reads really strong, but once you get to stuff like the Khund War and the like, it’s less the Legion and more “these are characters that are Legionnaires.”
