So I think it should be in there. Some writers have brought it up more than others, but I think it's a big part of the reason the UP lets young mostly-unsupervised people insert themselves into crisis situations. Without them, the UP might not feel so united.

I do like that. I’d still say there’s more to it, but that’s a good base.
