When I teach it in my Ethics and Politics of Abortion class, we legitimately spend a day on the Strong Rule of Five. It sucks, but it's honest. On a related note, I'm THRILLED to transition the Hobbesean social contract from "obviously so extreme that no one would accept this" to "SCOTUS approved"
