There are many other canned statements with which Jeffries is very familiar that he could have used. A Dem rep called for Biden to step down today, and other current and former Dem electeds are speaking out. It’s significant Dem leaders aren’t calling them to task.

I'm waiting things out. The past week has dumped too much on all of us. Pelosi and others are trying to understand the SCOTUS rulings and conferring. Let's wait a bit.
