Buy the big jar of mango salsa , put yout chops in a dry brine of seasoned salt for an hour, blend half of the salsa in the blender, put it in a pot with chicken stock to reduce into a sauce, reverse sear the chops, throw the mango sauce on them when done serve over coconut rice
