It’s really directed toward Kanefield. I have no issue with Marcy. Kanefield’s work has always been misleading to the lay public and I regard it as part of the reason we ended up here.

You are actually blaming *Kanefield* for 2 SCOTUS decisions that she accurately wrote, multiple times, would upend prosecutions were they decided the way they were? When she also wrote multiple times that the legal system won't save us? Exactly what powers does she have? You want to revisit that?
