Kind of a tangential issue I was wondering about: if the Comstock Act was reinforced, wouldn't it forbid any book with sexual content and/or a queer protagonist to be sold online, therefore making Amazon et al automatic felons?

They would use their best SCOTUS sophistry to explain in great detail precisely how in this narrow case, online booksellers aren't committing a crime, but authors, publishers, and bricks-and-mortar booksellers are.
