They never would have rioted on January 6th without his rally. His rallies are national security threats. They're probably unstoppable, given the First Amendment. But they're national security threats all the same.

He took out the line about walking to the capitol from his Jan 6th speech because it would've triggered more security there. He just said the line anyway.
