Feminism is a political philosophy about remaking society in such a way that people are no longer discriminated against due to gender. Individual aesthetic choices are neither feminist nor antifeminist, nor are they worth discussing.

I don't wear make up very often, but like Anderson I am "naturally pretty" with flawless skin, so it's not like it's a particularly heavy lift for me. I'm not punished for not wearing make up the way my friends with vitiligo and other skin conditions are.
