This is a fairly ambiguous question but have you been trying out the new weapons? Some of the dlc weapons are just monsters for dex/faith. Milady with Wing Stance and Flame Art infusion would be a demolisher.

I haven't actually tapped a lot into the DLC, but I keep finding myself in the worst places early in Souls games. And I have been playing as blind as possible. I do love my Lucerne hammer, I confess, which I know ain't optimal but I feel fancy.
