Well, the first few are meant to address polytheism, yes. They are not in themselves polytheistic. Every supporter of the Louisiana law that I have heard or seen interviewed says it's a good thing to tell kids not to kill or steal, but how about forcing people to keep your particular Sabbath...

...or worship your particular singular god, or any god at all, or to honor your parents even if they, maybe, murdered one another or are molesting you. And no one's addressed why this particular historical document needs a law forcing schools to post it?
