we are watching a surreal & slow-mo coup d'etat slowly unfold as the ultimate authority of law & order (ie, scotus) destroys the social contract one paragraph at a time, ushering in so many chaotic forces that the reign of a strongman, a tyrant, will be embraced by a confused and fearful citizenry.
